Magdaleen de Klerk

Magdaleen, a Director of DDKK Inc. since 2000, has been working in the legal profession since 1988. Currently, she heads up the Family Law Department. Over the years, Magdaleen has proven to be a formidable litigant and a specialist in her field.

Magdaleen is passionate about the law, especially family law and has earned the respect of the courts and her peers. She appears in the courts at all levels on a weekly basis, where she enjoys an excellent success rate. She has also been involved in a number of cases that have been recorded in law reports, as well as having a number of her written articles being published in the “De Rebus”, the magazine for the attorneys’ profession. Furthermore, she has acted as a judge in the High Court in Pretoria and Thohoyandou on a number of occasions.

Magdaleen is also actively involved in several outreach initiatives such as having been a board member of ChildLine, and giving regular public lectures on issues concerning the rights of women and children.
